**Bajasu Technologies** ("we," "our," or "us") operates the **YogiSuite** mobile application and web portal (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

1Information Collection

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Phone number (for login/authentication)
  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Profile Photograph
  • Cookies and Usage Data

Usage Data

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Bajasu Technologies uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features
  • To provide customer care and support
  • To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
  • To monitor the usage of the Service
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues

3App Permissions

Depending on your device, the app may request certain permissions that allow it to access your device data. By default, these permissions must be granted by you before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by you at any time.

  • Camera: Used for scanning QR codes for attendance or taking profile photos.
  • Storage/Gallery: Used for uploading profile pictures or documents.
  • Notifications: Used to send reminders regarding class schedules.

Google API User Data Policy

YogiSuite integrates with Google API Services to enhance calendar synchronization workflows for fitness coaches and class organizers.

Data Access & Usage Scope

Our application explicitly requests access to the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope. This is used exclusively to automate online fitness class schedules by adding events, updating timings, or removing canceled classes directly inside the trainer's authorized Google Calendar profile, along with generating attached Google Meet conferencing coordinates.

Data Protection, Transfers, & Restrictions

We prioritize data privacy. Google user account metrics are never shared, transferred, or sold to third-party organizations, data brokers, or advertisement providers. We do not use Google Workspace user metrics to train, support, or calibrate artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

Limited Use Compliance Statement

YogiSuite's use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Google User Data Retention

We retain user data (including Google account tokens, synchronized event IDs, profile metrics, and calendar configurations) only for as long as your YogiSuite account remains active or as required to deliver our calendar integration services. Access tokens received from Google API scopes are stored securely using encryption and are automatically discarded when you disconnect your Google Account or terminate your YogiSuite workspace.

User Data Deletion & Account Erasure Rights

You have full control over your personal data and Google user metrics. You may request the immediate deletion of your data or permanently remove your account at any time through the following mechanisms:

  • In-App Deletion: Sign in to YogiSuite (App or Web) → Go to My Profile / Danger Zone → Click Delete Account. All account metrics, attendance history, and connected Google tokens are purged instantly.
  • Self-Service Account Removal Portal: You can read the detailed instructions and initiate account removal by visiting our dedicated Data Deletion Policy Page.
  • Direct Email Request: Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Our support operations team will process the complete deletion within 24–48 business hours.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
